This Gluten-Free Minecraft cake is super simple to make. It’s a giant Rice Krispie Square (using GF Rice Krispies, don’t be fooled; as a lot of brands, including Kellogg’s, contain barley).
I’ve never really strayed from the official “Original Treats” recipe (found here). It’s simple and perfect as it is, and is forgiving when you substitute in your allergy-friendly ingredients.
Topped it all off with thick, chilled icing, piped on with a writing-tip, and fondant details, although cut-out strips of Airhead bars would look just as good. It’ll put a smile on any kids face (or a 26 year-old’s, in this instance!)
