I’ve been experimenting with modelling chocolate; It’s a little more malleable than fondant and, of course, tastes delicious! It’s also, I discovered, very easy to make your own! I went for milk, white and dark to get different shades to work with. I followed this recipe from The Extraordinary Art of Cake and just substituted in the different types of chocolate to each batch. Definitely worth a go if you want to start testing out your sculpting skills, although I don’t think Grumpy Cat was too impressed…. =P
