Not long now! As Christmas nears, I’m going to count down the days by sharing a different Christmas themed cake from the shop every day 🙂
These Christmas tree cakes are made by piping a tall swirl of frosting on top of a coconut-topped, vanilla cupcake. The baubles are “Confetti Sprinkles” available at most good bakeware stores and the star is hand-cut out of yellow fondant. For added sparkle, you can add gold Lustre Dust or extra coconut snow too!
